Courtesy Calls
As a courtesy to you, we do call to confirm appointments through an automated call system the evening before your appointment.
Appointment Cancellations
Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you.
We ask that you notify our office 24 hours by way of a phone call in advance if you need to change your appointment. 1 (905) 878-8865
Orthodontic brace systems must be adjusted and monitored every 6-8 weeks for treatment to proceed as planned.
We will try our best to accommodate your schedule, taking into consideration work, school and extracurricular activities. There will likely be times in which your preferred spot may already be filled. Certain procedures are scheduled at specific times in the day due to their time requirements.
Emergencies
If you have an emergency, we ask you to please call our office. Please do not walk in, this allows us to set aside appropriate time for your emergency.

Payment Options
The cost of your orthodontic treatment may vary depending on your individual needs and treatment plan. We offer a variety of payment options to meet your financial needs. We have several different payment schedules, as well as payment methods.
Our Treatment Coordinators will thoroughly explain all available options to tailor your specific financial requirements.
Insurance
We will provide you with a completed Canadian Association of Orthodontists Insurance Predetermination Form prior to your commencing treatment. You must submit this form to your insurance carrier(s) to determine what portion of your treatment may be covered. We do not bill, nor receive payments from the insurance company directly. All invoices are made, and payments received, directly from the patient or parent. Payment receipts are then submitted to the insurance company by the policyholder for reimbursement.
